Well not having a password doesn't really do much to prove you haven't been editing the rules does it? At least not much you can't figure out whether there's a password or not.

Not that that really affects anything. I'm fine with Ohwell continuing until a replacement can be found. I may even agree to let him continue if that's how everyone else here feels. I must admit I was pissed off when his cheating was exposed in the Imperialism game. But, I suppose I'm willing to be forgiving here, though I'd be more comfortable maybe if we could get someone to do either random or regular checks of the game files....especially with all you other cheaters here

I had to rush to Scotland a few days ago to take care of an urgent private family matter. I was without internet access throught this time and had to leave before I could post on the forums. Needless to say I am very sorry and will play the turn as quickly as possible.

EU Gears Up For War

President Mordhiem has personally taken over control of several key industrial areas of the EU in order to bring the EU armed forces up to a war footing. President Mordhiem stated that although the EU is now producing muchh more military systems than in a normal peace situation, most areas will continue with their long-term plans. He also confirmed that many units have been recalled to an unnamed city for massing up, ready to move out on transports at short notice. It is believed that many of the units are veterans that served in the brief war against the 'Allied' powers.

President Mordhiem Issues Request

President Mordhiem has issued a statement that is as follows:

"The current conflict between NATO and China is, of course, very regretable, but let history show that China has brougt this upon themselves. Chairman Eivind must have known that their aggressive expansionist policies would bring gross criticism from the west, he knew in advance that he would reach a position close to war. We (NATO) merley observed and spoke out at what was happening before us, but when our valid concerns were voiced we received only provocative remarks and anger instead of worthwhile negotiable communications. Then, inexplicabley, China informed us of the state of war that now exists between our nations. NATO did not declare war on China; NATO was never aggressive towards China, merley trying to help solve a difficult situation regerding broken Chinese promises. We hope that the other great powrs of the world, Russia and India, take this into consideration when judging the events that will unfold in due course."

NATO Article 5

Mordiem- I opened the save and got a message saying the Americans and Europeans cancelled their alliance, and then a bunch of your units moved, so you MAY want to cntl-n and repost the save

Why don't we all agree to get rid of our passwords, agree that only the person w/ the next turn will download files unless they say so in the thread and we have someone agree to check the save files everyonce in a while?

Nothing to report other than borders tightened, infrastructure upgrades continue, Tehran taken (though w/o a Peace Envoy since it would cost $10bil), and for some reason every one of my Civilian units was awake this turn, except for one sleeping in the Black Sea, anyone have an explanation of this?
