It's probably only half a bug and half a hidden feature, but i accidentally hit ctrl-z while trrying to type a crtl-s to save my game.
As a result, all the map was revealed. This immediately gave me contact with all civs, all city states, and all natural wonder vision. I thought i might have hit a special debug toggle, and re-typed ctrl-Z to try and disable it. This gave me vision of all natural wonders a second time
I tested a couple more times, and managed to get +40 happiness from natural wonders
The last part is obviously a bug. Maybe it only occurs when using this particular key combination, but i think i can remember receiving great reef bonus twice. I know there are 2 reef tiles, but i think i once received both tiles twice. I didn't pay much attention at the time. Now it seems that under some rare circumstances, it's possible to receive natural wonder happiness bonus several times. Not sure exactly what triggers this, apart from ctrl-Z.
That being said, i'm not sure why this key revealed the whole map. It's probably not default behaviour so i probably still have some debug enabled somewhere. I'll have to remember being more careful with my fingers.
