Culture bug

I´m getting bug where my empire gets five extra culture than it should. Bug doesn´t appear at start of game, only after about ten turns have passed. My capital does get right amount of culture so it must be coming somewhere else.

I've also noticed bugs where the displayed amount doesn't match the amount I get. I still can't narrow down whether the accrual or displayed amount is right/wrong.

I don't have time to pull up your saves right now but did you pick up tradition by any chance?

In that last game I did unlock tradition, but I have also encountered bug when I still hadn´t gotten any policies or opened liberty instead.

The tradition bonus applies directly to the palace (works the same way in vanilla).

Yes. But if you compare saves accumulated culture totals, you can see that difference is actually 29, five more than it should be.
