Cumulative experience points?

If I use a great general to build a war academy my units built in that city will receive plus two experience points. If I then switch to vasselage, will my new units built in that city then receive plus four experience points? Or if I build a second academy in that city, will my new units built in that city then receive plus four experience points? Or if I build West Point in that city will my new units then receive plus six experience points?

They don't seem to, I have tried. But I just thought I saw somehwere in the forums where someone had recommended such stratagies. Is it possible to produce new units with more than two, or with West Point, four experience points?

Yes, Military Instructors combined with Vassalage will give units 4XP points (7 with barracks). They can then be combined with West Point, more instructors, the Pentagon etc.

But remember:
a: war academy = 50% quicker building of units
b: military instructer = +2 experience

So don't make a war academy but make youre great general an instructer
