custom aviator help pls!

hi.
ive resently reached 300 posts and now want to have a custom aviator, but the image is to big. how to i know the size of the pic when i've saved it an fiddled around with it? also, what is the best program to use for images etc.

You guys want to hear a good example of PC getting out of hand in this country, after Sept 11 there was a school in New York state (TF can you verify??) that made one room for afternoon prayers for muslims because they felt like being PC.. Christains can't pray in school, in fact its' against the law!!! I thought this was the land of Equal opportunity for ALL (yes even the majority)

another one a few years ago was affirmative action, remember that? It didn't matter whether or not the person was qualified for the job, the only qualifications they needed was to be black or female. I understand what they were trying to do, but I don't agree with the method

Fact -

Individuals of any religious background are by law guaranteed the right to exercise their faith in public schools, which includes private prayer. What the law prohibits is organized prayer, and that prohibition applies to all religions.

However, the Equal Access Act guarantees that student-led religious groups will have as much access to school facilities as any other non-curriculum-related student organization.

If you need me to clarify any of that let me know.

Opinion -

I don't see what is wrong with setting aside a place for Muslims to engage in the prayer required by the tenants of their religion. I also don't see what that action by the school has to do with September 11 - or at least, why it should be considered to have anything to do with September 11.

Question -
