custom difficulty

Hey guys!

I would like to create/add custom difficulty to the game. I've done some research and looks like CIV5HandicapInfos.xml is where all values are. However I want to add a new one, let's say Immortal Plus and I'm not exactly sure how to do it.

Also I'm not sure which values exactly I should change.

What I'm trying to do is:
-create new Immortal difficulty
-change unit building speed to Emperor (<AITrainPercent>65</AITrainPercent> this maybe?)
-change research speed to Deity (no idea which value controls research speed for the AIs

So basicly Immortal with faster research for the AIs and less unit spam.

Iirc you can't control research speed by the AIs at all (they don't research faster because of an advantage). Instead, control the AI's growth if you want it to research faster.
