CIV4 Handicap Info: iBarbarian Bonus; iAIBarbarian Bonus, no effect? Kmod?

Hey there. I'm trying to make raging barbs a threat to immortal and deity AI's in Kmod.

However, whether its original non-modded game, or Kmod, changing the iBarbarian and iAIBarbarian values has no affect. I've put them to astronomical numbers in all difficulty settings (from chieftan to deity) expecting them to one shot the ais just to test it, and nothing seems different.

For the record, I am using positive integer values (the defaults are negative integers).

So far, setting it to zero has the most "devastating effect" on the AIs. It seems that placing any integer, positive or negative, is always interpreted as negative. I'm goin to try with a positive sign +100.

It seems enforcing the positive sign as "+100" was the trick.

Ironically, even +100 wasn't enough to dent immortal and deity ai's on quick or normal speed.

+100 is enough to stop reckless ai expansion on marathon and epic speeds on these huge lakes maps, but not on normal/quick. Had to go to +140 on normal and +165 on quick for them to progress as my speed.
