Custom Rules and Player Information?

I'd be a fan of a fair few civs if it's not too late. Anything else will change the gameplay a bit too much I think. But I do think more civs gives more decisions to be made, and more options.
 
This thread seems to touch on the idea of 31 civs, thats a good idea i think but it cant be done in Vanilla civ, just like alot of other things, i think everyone should consider putting together a very large citizen organization in support of using Conquests in the next Demogame as it is clearly too late to do it this game...
