Custom Title Screens

Here's a title screen that I did just recently. I borrowed the image from somebody else, so I don't know where it came from, but I like it.

For those of you who wish to use it, the pcx file is attached below.

By the way, the Creative Design Group is hosting a contest for custom Title Screens. Submissions are due by the middle of September, and there are two separate contests being conducted (Civ and Open). For more information see the official contest thread.

EDIT: Updated the image and the PCX file with the new version which includes a reference to the artists responsible for the background.

You know, I have always had a hard time not using the original title screens.

But, I think I am finally going to switch and use this one.

Title screens work with any version of civ3.

You can see from that link that C3C and PTW look fine, but vanilla civ3 doesnt.

I have made myself one. It has the right proportion, everything. But when I start civIII, it doesn't works, why????

Maybe the colour depth is wrong, would have to change to 8 bit depth (256 colours).
