That's why I'm trading for 1 million, it's cheap. And everyone else trades at that price. So I must trade with that price or I can't make a deal. Though I will later try to make a deal that has a bigger price.
 
Just raid people for the tech. I'm getting tons now defending Legion people and taking on Nazis or Commies or little Jihadis. I was planning to buy 50, then I got 20 in the space of 30 minutes in 4 attacks, did the same the next night; now I don't need to spend money on it.
 
It's been weeks since I got out of that damn war, and I'm still at only 150infra of the 550 I was at when attacked. The peacefullness took away half my income, but still, I'm gonna kill those little bastards once I get the chance and a good alliance to join.
 
Ulyaoth, I'd say your best bet at the moment would be to join GOLD or ONOS. They're both neutral and have good relations with the Initiative.

If you want to be the envy of all your friends and have them all jealous of you, join either the NPO, NpO, or GOONS. Those are the 3 I can think of off the top of my head. I'd say come on aboard to FAN, but we're sort of getting only folks we know aboard at the moment. If you're 18+, get on IRC and hang out in our room for a bit and you should be able to join easily enough. I'm Arcades057[FAN] there.
 
So... I'll take the 50 tech for 1 mill. Give me 4 days, and send me an aid offer. (I'm Bluemofia of Nicronia there)

Gold and ONOS are good bets, i reckon GOLD will be a real force to reckoned with soon enough.

Seriously though, what on earth were you guys arguing about... was it what Civi is best, cos thats never a good argument.

I have no idea what he was going on about. Though I guess it was directed at me judging from the Princess Scamp remark. I guess he forgot that this wasn't the CN forums, there he would have just got a warning along with the other number of people who would have joined in on the flaming.
Anyways, let's put this incident behind us, it is of no importance.

A great way to build up is to save your money for 19 days and then cash it in. it's good though to pay your bills along the way (though I am not sure about how often you should pay those taxes). Make sure you put *NOT INACTIVE* in your bio,especialy if you are unaligned (if you are unaligned, you probably don't want to try this then as you will get tech raided).
 
For me, I collect every 2 days to get the 10% bonus, and pay bills daily so I won't get the 8% penalty.

Works very nicely.
 
Labour camp swapping can only really be done in two day cycles now :( but it is still very worth while, as +10 happiness on collecting and then -50 infra bills is frankly awesome.

The 10% bonus soon becomes negligible not far into your development.
 
Yeah... But if you do it for 10 days, that's 50K earned.

CHANGE YOUR ALLIANCE AFFILIATION IMEEDIATELY!

The drop-down list of alliances are the top alliances, and you must APPLY TO JOIN THEM.

If you don't, you have a 100% chance of getting destroyed by FAN nations.
Nobody likes "imposters".

To change your AA go to the menu again and select "Specify Other" then type in one, if you want. Or just use NONE. Sicne you are a new nation, my alliance, GATO (Global Alliance and Treaty Organization, http://z10.invisionfree.com/GATO/index.php?act=idx) can offer you $100,000 if you are under 350 Nation Strength and you join the alliance.

I HATE that drop down menu idea, newbies don't know that you actualy have to joni those alliances and are meystified when they get attacked.
