Davey's guide to ICS

Does anybody know a working link to Davey's stategy guide to ICS, or something comparable? The links I've been able to find so far have been broken.

I'm using it in my attempt at GOTM 76 (those lovely rivers) and am unsure how to go after Monarchy. Probably EC but I'm interested in the ideas behind ICS so I can try out some things of my own...

I also find myself curiously fearfull about popping huts, dreading the Great Library effect. I'm finding loads of 'em, and leave 'em alone. Does that make any sense? This when one of the spoiler strategies was about going on an all out hut popping spree...

I must admit, I'm starting to wonder about Peasters EC guide. Potentially, the way things are going, I'm going to acquire so many units that Leo's should be out of this world awesome. The thought of making horsemen and knowing they'll be something else by the time they hit the offending civ is just plain tickling me pink. Ah, wait, I have to go through feudalism first though. Hmmm, maybe he has something there after all.

Lol, I think I've just cooked up some more ideas to make maximum use of ICS. This is fun!

I am simply unable to access DaveV's guide to ICS. Apolyton's new website looks weird on my PC, so the Great Library is not much of a help. It would be nice with a direct link to the document or an email of it to me. Can anybody help?

Whenever I try to go through a link on the list in Apolyton's Great Library, I just get en empty page. I tried contacting the Apolyton webmaster about this problem, but didn't get a reply. So here I am at CFC...
