Well, with this pace we will play until...I guess...2015 !?! If we are lucky...one turn should take at the most 2 days...

I got the save June 5 and have sent it June 6. If this is too slow for you perhaps you should find someone else to play.

It's not my game and basically I wouldn't simply replace someone for such reasons.

But please be honest. If you don't have the possibility to play and/or send the save at/from home, I find that rather strange.

I think we can do a max of 2 turns a week under these circumstances. Estimating an absolute minimum of 200 turns for the game, it's round about 2 years and that is leaving vacation out of consideration...

But as I said above..it's not my game...

I am not at home, I am working away from home. In digs, which don't have Internet access. But work does. It is not worth paying for broadband in a rented room when I may be working somewhere else and not living there next month. Such is the cost of being a contractor.

However, I have bought a mobile broadband dongle but I am having troubles getting it connected. Hopefully I should be able to get access more often with this when I get this sorted out.

Ok, Hawklord. I understand you're not at home and on the road as a contractor. Is Liverpool home or is that where you're working? I supposed that irrelevant.

I am all over the United States all the time. I bought a USB modem for my laptop. It doen't matter where I am. The info shoots to a dish and up to a sattelite. It returns the same way. Anywhere, anytime. Do you have a laptop or are you using a desktop?

I believe the key here is communication. The turn before this I waited 7 days for the turn. 7 days. With no word from you. I kept quiet because you said you were on the road, bank holidays, etc. This turn I was looking at another Friday night with no word from you. You say you can only get access from work, do you work Saturdays? If not, I can be in for another long wait. But I don't know. And I need to know. Hell I can hardly remember what my last move was. Communication, Hawklord. Keep us up to speed when you have the save.

The key I believe is communication. If you aren't able to play over the weekends, just make that known. On that note, I'll be travelling from July 11th until the 17th with game access only on the night of the 13th.
