sorry about the delay, mates.

just a disclaimer, i will have from the 12th (monday) till Feb, 8th (3.5 weeks)
an UNKNOWN amount of civ access.
(eg - ill be without an accessible Civ PC)
so i will have lags during that time frame.

i can ask B-E-F to step in again.
i believe i can squeeze in 2 turns a week or so.
its just that i will be living away from my civ machine.
i might leave it on, and play my turns remotely, but i will still have SOME lag.
