i honestly don't remember... we had figured it out back in november. perhapes Elda king remembers. i've since then tried periodically to go through it to find the error. it was only at chugginator's urging that i decided to redo that file.
i found something strange in it though: the vanilla version doesn't have 16 references for each leader. isabella, i beleive, only has twelve and frederique has fourteen. any idea why?
Any specific reason that the <Response> tag is in quite a number of times more inserted then the </Response> tag? In the CIVDiplomacyinfo.XML file I mean?
In the ARDA mod diplofile.
Is it normal the mod can only start with a worldbuilder map so to speak?
In any case, there is indeed a xml alert (LEADER_)for the diplomacy file when starting up the mod, and it blocks the mod from starting up. The two other xml errors don't do this (or so it seems).
I've always been able to choose a map type we want this mod to work with the normal map generator. we don';t want this to be specifically middle-earth.
Mmm, this might be the cause of a bug.
In the civipedia, I can select info about a barbarian civ. But this barbarian civ has no diplo quotes in the bugfile.
Could it be that since you guys made this barbarian civ accessible in civpedia, but has no contact links ingame it breaks down? I think it's worth trying to remove the barb civ from the pedia and look what gives.
