Deity victories

Are any deity victories announced, yet?

Also I would like to check back, if races for first Deity victories are general welcome here. If so, what are the general rules? No saving and loading, no special setting, except the map type, standard speed, anything else?

I've beat a couple deity games but they were both just cheesy rushes (Hun's and Bouddica). I've been trying relentlessly to get a science and culture victory but I just keep getting stomped by their armies.

I got very close to Science Victory in the first try, although I messed up some tech priority. This time Heilie Selasse stomped me around turn 135. Not revealing strat or civ, yet. Incredibly fun play and it feels less exploitive than Deity victories in Vanilla.

I've been doing the regular Korean great scientist spam for lot's of academies as well as I tried a mayan one (worked really well) but I just skimp too much on my army.
