How late can you delay guilds on immortal and avoid crippling unhappiness from influential civs? Currently playing as Arabia/Immortal/Pangea t120. Going for a 4 City Science victory. I've already eclipsed the other civs in tech but I haven't built any guilds yet. I just haven't had the hammers, I've been fighting wars buying/building observatories/and Universities and building CamelArchers. I just don't have the hammers and public schools are coming up fast. Can I delay these guilds until around t150?
