Deleting Account

Hi,

I am sorry to bother you all with that topic but I would like to delete my account and can't find a way to do it. I found this topic : which indicates clearly that it was not wanted. Has that changed ?
I find it stupid to modify the little amount of data linked to my account to associate it with another name and email address.

And, to answer the eternel question : "why", the reason is simple, it's the same that pushes me to clean up the mess after eating or not to let papers on the streets.

NB : If there's no way to have my account deleted, I'll simply change the address but I don't think that the forum needs my help to get publicity it does not need it (cf. link).

You can PM your local moderator and inquire about a permanent ban if you're interested in not accessing your account again.

Beyond that, there are no account deletions.

I don't want to be banned, I would like to delete the account. There is a difference between wanting not to be able to access your own account, which I can by the way do all alone by not loggin in, and wanting to delete datas and everything that may link an email address with anything unwanted.

If someone who has the power to delete that account comes accross that topic, I would thank him to delete it. If there's no one able (or willing) to do so, too bad for me.

We do not delete accounts, we only permaban them. You can send a Private Message to me with your concerns if you wish, and I will check on what we can do about them.

Sounds like editing his profile so it doesn't include any personal data is what he wants.
