Suprisingly, I am having a good time with the RPG. Choosing to live out of town and run/expand my business from there seems to suit me. But there seems to be a large RPG population that is unemployed or earning low wages. I have not had a problem donating meat to the local churches to be distributed to the poor, but I think more is needed than charity. I will be looking for a salesperson soon, but then again that's a limited approach. Things may change as our Cultural Borders expand and more land becomes available, but this again may not help enough. Is there some way we could revamp our social structure? Maybe one idea would be to recruit soldiers. For every military unit we have in the real game, we would take applications from people that wanted to be an archer or swordsman. They could receive an extra 10g per chat from the government, maybe. Of course I don't know what would happen if we lost any military units. I dunno, I guess I'm thinking about some kind of Government work for people who wanted it.

There are some serious economic issues (ie. I'm poor) and they will be resolved once I get a good house and 17 plots of land. Seriously: Once we expand, there will be money in the game. (as long as shaitan doesn't gobble up all the land again :p.

i think it needs more work it still has a few things which it has to get by i.e. stopping shaitan owning everything ;)

Needs more work. (I was stuck between no, and needs work)... It's still confusing. :) Especially all of the stock stuff.

its good, but things could be worked on, such as 3 people owning 75% of the bussinesses...

*twittles thumbs* I wonder who those three are.....

I love it. I think it's kept me from getting PIed so far. :) I'm also actually keeping better track of what's going on in the game because I must write my RPG newspaper.

Overheard at the Rebel Pub;

Cyc: ... we should make some slight provision for the poor and destitute, who suffer greatly at the present time.

donsig: Are there no prisons? And the Union workhouses? Are they still in operation?

Cyc: They are still. I wish I could say they were not.

donsig: The Treadmill and the Poor Law are in full vigor then?

Cyc: Both very busy sir.

donsig: Oh! I was afraid from what you said at first, that something had occurred to stop them in their useful course...
