Thank you. I bumped into the whole ancient Sicily thing while I was reading about Alex, so I figured I could throw some more of my thoughts here.
Nakharar points during unit construction and may spawn a resource required for unit creation when claimed. Cities expand into hills at double speed and may expand into tiles owned by their previous owner or by your current allies.
