When I first registered my e-mail server went down before I got a chance to open my confirmation and so a while later I tried to register again, this time as "Matt Foley" but since I have a static IP the server prevented me from starting a new account, so I E-mailed Thunderfall and had him activate my account for me. I think he discribes it as his "Biggest regret ever"

It does; it looks like a cross between Morgan Industries and Sparta Command. However, it isn't an SMAC capital.
