If the implementation is straightforward, casting your vote with no options selected should result in the voter total being incremented with none of the options incremented. I haven't tried that before, so don't know if it will work.

yes daveshack is right, if you dont vote then you increase the number of voters, thus making it harder for anyone option from winning,

so we can also do it by having all mods that receive more than 50% of the vote to be used

Resource clusters was left out. Thats where all of one kind of reasource (except iron and horses) are at one starting place, making trade more important. And what's oscillating war?

I voted or Noble (not too sure what it is, exactly, but it sounded good), passive, and some sort of custom map, namely my kind.

I had to abstain since i dont really want any variants.
