Different Flags/Colors for civ leaders?

    Is it possible to make civ colors and flags determined by the leader, not the civ? For instance, Peter would use yellow with the imperial Russian flag while Stalin would use Red and the communist USSR flag.

    No, both is connected to the civilizations.



    I think, it could maybe be done, if you modify the .dll, but this would be to much work for a small effect.

    You could still just make Peter be Russia and Stalin be USSR then, each civ having different Flag.
