I have a DirectX11 computer, and I have always played on DirectX 10/11. But for some reason, my launcher has stopped allowing me to do so. I've tried reinstalling some files like other threads have suggested, but it still persists.
I went around the launcher and decided to run it at 10/11 anyways. I checked the graphics settings and they all remained the same (mainly "high", with some average). Then, I tried to start a game and it only got to the monologue about the civ. It wouldn't load the map itself or offer the button to begin playing.
I'm desperate here, pleaseeee help
