Dismounted Llama Archer

Okay... So you agree with the extra movement, and combat points? BTW, thanks again for the llama.

I would hate ot be in the Aztec army...

I would hate to be in any way involved with the Aztec empire.. :crazyeye:

Yes, I agree with the extra movement point. Make them able to cross hills without penalty too since llamas are built for rough terrain. And the increased combat points makes good sense too.

Ignoring Mountains works as well... I don't necessarily see a reason to decrease the defense. You could increase it if you want, but if it stayed the same, that'd make sense too.

OK so a +1 to movement (or ignore movement costs on Hills, mountains, and flat terrain) and HP. That works.

I was thinking someone should to the death sounds "come back you coward" or "Take me with you" or something like that. :D

Well, you don't need to tell it to ignore movement cost on flat terrain such as plains and grasslands since they don't have movement penalties.

It won't work for forests and jungles though, nor should it. Llamas would find it just as difficult to move through them.

Nice unit. I'm getting over run with Llama's. Now how to add them to my mod. :hmm:

thanks for thw interesting insight into the Aztec warfare practicies! :-0
You know lots of the Mesoametican cultures, roght? I've been captivated with the indigenious civilizations of the New Worls from early age (and lots of people here think of the Central/South American cultures as of something almost as misterious and wonderful as that of the Ancient Egypt), but here we've got next to nule information about them.

I've seen just one small monography on the Mesoamerican societies in all my life.

Why do you say of the Aztecs as something you;d hate to be associated with in any way? - I know they were terribly blood-thirsty empire even diabolic in a sence, but in the Old World - lots of that kind, too. (Babylon, Qin, Mongols, Turks and early Arabs to name a couple - and lots of guys adore them just for theor warring nature and epic conquests).
What Mesoamerican culture would make something more acceptable in a sence oh Cristian humanism and scientific progress in your opinion - Maya? What about the Incas?

Lol, that would be funny. How about +1 movement, and ignores Hills, and Mountains?
I'd bet that brainless llama ignores everything!
