DLC 05 Unmentioned Change Thread

Apostles now have a symbol under their unit icon that indicates to which religion they belong.

Also, you can upgrade units from the reports screen.

Just noticed in my current game a French apostle has the religion symbol but the Japanese apostle does not. Maybe it's for a specific promotion?

Just had what I suspect is a slight bug, but since I forgot to screenshot I'm gonna check if anyone else had this before posting in the bug section: Teddy just popped up and offered 1GPT for open borders....except he didn't accept his own trade suggestion. Can't remember to have seen that pre-patch. Anyone else seen this?
Looks like deals are bugge. Multiple reports on it. Waiting for hotfix.

Quarries get +2 gold at banking instead of +1, I think that's new.

I think it was mentioned in another thread:
Camps get 2 Production and 1 Food at Mercantilism, rather than just 1 Production.

Fishing boats give +2 gold at Cartography instead of just 1.

Plantations also get +2 gold at Globalization instead of just 1.

Lots of gold increases to tile improvements.

They've always done that, though it is rarer than the other missions, probably because the camp has to spawn pretty close to the CS to begin with.
Alright, just chance playing a trick on me then. :) I have 600 hours logged in Steam, and the first time I noticed this quest was early in my first Nubia game.

It's not a common one imho, and usually only appears very early in the game. They are usually quick to take them out themselves - I often can't even get units up there in time before they've solved it themselves.

Haha I have just over 600 hours and this is also the first I have heard of this type of quest. In fact I still have never seen it but I will look now!

Gandhi just scolded me for 'proliferating nuclear weapons', -6 in relations.

Is this a new thing? The first time I've seen this. The problem is, it's 1560 BC.

Had Harald do it at turn 54 as well.

I saw this on reddit:

I thought it was cool when they patched in desert/tundra winds, but the aurora borealis? Now that's epic.

I've never seen it before; and I tend to notice nice graphic touches like that! :)

I have seen in the nubia live stream a notification icon to the right which read something like: "<some tech> gained a boost of 50%". Has anyone noticed that icon in the game?

Can someone confirm if the barbarian turn time bug on larger maps has been (re) fixed ?

Is it just me or is religion spreading passively much faster now? I actually got Buddhism in one of my cities from a civ I hadn't met yet, on the other border of my empire, and my own religion has spread like wildfire across my continent with only a missionary or two to help it along.
