no idea, sorry. It looks to me like a fishing village or town somewhere in the colder part of the mid latitudes. Scotland, New Zealand, England, Sweden, Norway, Canada, US all are posibilitis. Eastern Europe I think not, pics look too rich. People do not look Asian, so not there either.

It happened in Ireland you can tell cos all the vehicles hade Irish plates (from Co. Galway) and there is a Garda standing behind the second crane. Find the eyewitness report below. The last picture has been faked by the way.

it happened at Roundstone Pier, Conemmara, Galway.
What happened was...
Fella who owns the car is a right eejit. He was parked facing the pier, parked right up against the edge. He was rolling a joint in the car, etc, etc... Not realising he hadnt put on the handbrake. He got out to smoke his doobie away leaning against the car happy out then *splash* in goes the car...
Tow truck comes along to try and take the car out, that goes *splash*
