All right, forget about Hitler. I now know that the Germans don't like it. Forgive me for yelling, but I GET IT! Let's forget the 'Hitler Nonsense' before it turns into an Internet slugfest. He. Is. Officially. DEAD from the conversation. But the Burj Dubai and Sky City 1000 is still important.

The Burj Dubai should be constructed with 2010 decade technology, and provide +1 population, +2 happiness, +5 production, and +25% culture. Sky City 1000 should be constructed around the 2030 to 2050 decade and provide +2 population, +5 health, +5 happiness, and +20 culture. They're both World Wonders. You can adjust the numbers if you want.

P.S. I can't mod. Also, a person who's prejudiced against people from other places is a regionist. (I made that word up, but if I play my cards right, it could be Word of the Year.)

Have you tried AAranda's building mod? See my sig for the link to the latest version. From his doco:- BURJ AL-ARAB available with conglomerates , gives 4 culture , 1 happiness , 1 free merchant , 1 trade route to all coastal cities and 2 golds in water tiles in the city. Not quite the stats you asked for.

Probably the best place to ask for new content would be the Mod request thread in the RoM mod forum. Including links to existing graphics for buildings would help since not all modders do graphics (I am in that group).

3. Fascism, being a Semi-Fascist, i was at first glad to see fascism was incorporated in the game, however #1 The only true Fascist nation was Spain under Franco, Mussolini had it for 3 years, but then became more left wing econ, and more right wing socially, Hitler, was never a fascist Nazism and Fascism are completely different (on the political scale Nazism is +9 A/L (Authoritarian/Libertarian) and +1 EL/R (Economic Left/Right) while Fascism is +8A/L and +10 EL/R) unfortunately most Fascist nations grew more and more left wing over time, and that is were Fascism and Nazism get confused. #2, it sucks, and the benefits/consequences of it relate to Nazi societies not Fascist. Please fix. Just in case people are wondering, questioning whether I know what fascism is according to the political compass I am +6.85A/L and +7.29EL/R
Other then these minor mistakes I don't have many complaints

There are some subtle differences between fascism and nazism:

1. Origin - fascism comes from Italy (and Italian fascio) while nazism comes from Germany and is an abbreviation from National Socialism (so there is no surprise that nazism is in fact..... left wing movement, as far as for economic ideology)

2. Race issue - it plays almost no role in Italian fascizm, while in nazism it is a crucial component

3. Religion - fascizm tried to base on Church, while nazism was strictly against religion

4. Terror - in Italy there were no death camps, and the number of political prisoners was significantly smaller

5. Expansion - fascizm based on aggresive imperialism, while nazism on obsessive racizm.

Back to topic: as for new Civ there are two things. First, as far as I know Zappara is not going to add any new civs, which I perfectly understand. Even if he puts 200 civs in the game, there will be also some complaints and request that some important nation has been left out. Second, I have respect for the place you live, but seriously - Californian civ???? There is no such a nation, almost no independent state tradition (first colonized by Spain, then part of Mexico, and finally proclaimed independence just to be incorporated to US 4 years later), come on! Please compare this to Hungarians (or Magyar - not in the game) who are a nation, and their first organized state can be recognized in 10th century. Not to mention my Polish nation, with over 1000 years of state tradition, and now, 6th country in European Union, if you take the population into account.

I have nothing against Californian, Arizonian or Dakotian civs but please - as a modmod not as a main feature.

First, it was only a few days after independence (let's say ten) that it became an unofficial American territory, and second, I'm just saying that it might be considered as long as other famous U.S. states follow suit.

Someone mentioned the Dynamic Tower before. I heard of that (it's supposed to be the first 'moving tower') and it might be used for a later time. I mean, a lot of skyscrapers are meant for the future, such as... I can't think of any now, but maybe soon, I'll find some.
