Do you want new Civs?

Always want more Civs.

As for which ones, I don't really know.
- Another North American Indian group would be ok.
- Inuit/Eskimo with UA/UB and such built around Tundra/Snow/Ice could be interesting.
- Jew/Israel
- Moors? (not sure if they fall under an existing civ)

Moroccans ~= Moors

But another african civ would be fine

Yes, I do.

First;
- Turkic Khaganate (Kök Türks)
then;
- Khazar Khaganate
- Il-Khanate
- Golden Horde
- Great Seljuk Empire
- Xiongnu Empire
- Avar Khaganate

The Inuit
Kongo
Vietnam
Pagan
Hungary/Magyars
Armenia
Merina
The Cherokee
Argentina
-
I would love to see the above I listed.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't all of those covered by Mongolia?

Also, I'd like to see the Ryukyu Kingdom (which made it into EUIV).

Isn't this like asking if a bear poops in the woods?

I'd like to see the Apache, Pueblo (if they can resolve whatever issue they had before), A full Belgium might be neat with the Force Publique(or a different UU) and maybe a trappist abbey UB(Orval, Westvleteren and Westmalle produce some of the best beer in the world), Vietnam, Cherokee...

For Ilkhanate and Golden Horde, yes.
For Khazars and Avars, no.

Khazars were successors of Western Turkic Khaganate. They fought against Persians and Arabs. They also helped Byzantines during Byzantine-Sassanid wars.

And, Avars pushed by other Turks to west and they found a very strong kingdom in modern day Hungary. They were another Turkic People in Hungary after the Huns.

Argentina
Benin
Bulgaria
Burma
Hungary
Israel
Kongo
Mapuche
Nepal
Romania
Sioux
Sumeria
Swahili
Tibet
Zimbabwe

I think its a no-brainer we all like more civ, but the question remains which ones?

My hopes for new civ are as follows:

Israel
Romania
Norway
Sioux

Just to name a few. So long as they are unique civs to play.

You're right, those are covered by Mongolia. Also, Ryukyu would be great - everyone knows you can do a World Conquest in Europa Universalis with 'em super easily...
My personal wishlist of new civs would be something like this:

*The Moors (as in a more Medieval-era representation, when they aren't really the same as Morocco)
*Mali
*Canada/Australia
*Hittites
*Sumer
*...and Tropico, of course.

I'd prefer the rest of the lackluster and out-pf-date vanilla civs to get a revamp first. ie Iroquois (because forest tiles are never better than farms), USA (because ugh always so bad), Rome (game hates warmongers and wide empires now). Hopefully without becoming worse like France did.

I'm always up for more civs. I don't have any specific in mind, I just want more Native Americans and some Asian ones.

Yes, I know they have never been a major "civilization" but an Inuit Civ would be nice, simply because those tundra tiles are a waste and they would add some variety.
