Does anyone know any lively Historical forums sites ?

I like general historical forums and i would also like about some period or some geographic area or about certain people. Anything but atleast the forum should be alive.

Well i found some WW2 ones but Google has the tendency for me (maybe because i can't use it properly) to find me always the forums which are dead or that have one topic with one post each month.

So Fire away.

None replied. I have to assume that people either don't know any good history related forum or are refusing to help.

Anyway i have found these two:

The http://www.allempires.net/ is halfdead with very low traffic but very broad subjects and the http://www.chinahistoryforum.com/ which is a good example of a forum based on a subject that has wide content and alive audience.

Not that I think there's too much overlap between posters frequenting those.

If you have access to more than one language, it tends to give you more resources and perspectives to play with though.
