[Domination] Game won when AI captured my capital

Playing on Soyuz as Africa, the AI nabbed my capital and I automatically won the game. Duel map, opponent was Russia.

Well, we both won the game, when I looked at the victory conditions. It just so happens that the game counts that as me winning, so possibly two bugs in there.
