Can someone tell me what ICS stands for cuz Ive searched too many posts and still cant figure out what it means,

Creating lots of cities. In Civ5 these are usually fairly close together (maybe just 3 tiles) and they may not be allowed to grow very big. There have been ICS strategies in other versions of Civ too, not just Civ5.

Well, it has been discussed before, but I for one have a problem with the word "infinite". At least in the beginning, when one doesn't have much gold, so cannot buy colosseums, has not adopted planned economy and doesn't have forbidden palace - the happiness cap is rather hard and one hit it pretty soon.
