Oh, one thing I wanted to add. THe standard Size map seems to think you can support 11 civs on it.
That's the default. I hate to tell you this, but a Standard Pangaea map couldn't support 8 civs. Let alone 11.
Oh, and I got the Horse Whisperer quest. I am not building 12 cities on a standard size map. There's not really enough room for that. Plus, if I did that, I'd end up with tanks before 600 AD.
My record so far is tanks by the late 1200s. And I had like 8 cities or so by then. Gunpowder unit spam is fun.
You might want to look at the event files ,and fix the rather large requirements. I mean, it's supposed to be based on the map size, and maybe some other minor things. But ow, that's a nasty requirement for horse thing.
I'm not into a developing game, I like to smash my enemies into dust. Not get beat to the Space Race.
By 300 years.
Another thing I noticed. Apparently, you set Moai Statues to be obsolete at Divine Right. Uh, National wonders should never be obsolete.
Well, most of them.
Also, really? Divine Right? Am I missing a permanent bonus to all sea tiles.
Because there's no reason to nuke the bonus Moai gives of + 1 hammer in all water tiles. It's the entire point of building it.
