Leaders have certain restrictions for DoWing. Like does not declare on Friendly, etc. Do those restrictions apply when leader wants to DoW to your vassal (which is of course the same as DoW to you for practical purposes)? Do they declare on vassals anyway?
Or maybe there is any other explanation how Lincoln declared to me on Friendly ( around +15)? Nobody could bribe him because every single AI was friendly to me too, I wasn't at war with anybody. The only non-friendly AI was Pacal (only pleasant) and Lincoln had like -10 towards said Pacal.
