This mod is dead, unfortunately.

The megaupload link isn't working AT ALL and the rapidshare one says : ERROR : File not found

It doesn't matter. The mod isn't playable. Even if the links did work, you still wouldn't be able to play it.

And as I said, it's dead. So it's not very likely it will be ever playable.
