DXTBmp issue...

So, for some reason my DXTBmp isn't working. I can open and save just fine, I can even change what the image is just fine, but for some reason nothing happens. I can edit an image completely, save it, and when I load up the nif there is no change at all. And when I go back and re-open the file the old image remains.

I am not an idiot (and have been using DXTBmp for quite a while now), so please do not ask me if I saved in the right folder (because I have). I don't know why this is happening, so I am just wondering if anybody else has experienced this and if so what they did to fix it.

I think it was GIMP that was giving me issues, because when I switched the editor back to MSpaint (the default) it worked again. I am not sure what happened, but if somebody wants to figure it out all I did was switch to GIMP, and everytime I used GIMP as the editor with DXTBmp it never worked, it would just retain the old image, even after I imported it into DXTBmp, and it showed it as the new image. I don't know why, but I am done with the issue myself.
