[R&F] Dynamic tech/civic cost changes

    Since R&F limits max tech/civic costs and I cannot find a way to increase this limit, I want to try to change this parameters by a smaller amounts each era.

    I need a script that can do this:

    if (certain era is started) increase tech (and/or civic) cost by X

    Is this possible? Can I see an example of it?
