e-mail notification

Sorry if this is a stupid question, I looked around but couldn't figure out how to do this. Everytime someone replies to a post I've replied to, I get an e-mail. This is going to get annoying, does someone know how I can turn this feature off, I don't mean simply "unsubscribing" each thread I contribute to, I want to turn off the "autosubscribe"?

I apologize if it's something simple and I"ve overlooked it.

-> User CP -> Edit Options -> Use Email-notification by default. Set it to no and unsubscribe from all threads and you're done.
