Earth map with dlc?

Is there allready an up-to-date version of a high quality earth map that includes the dlc civs?

Not sure if this is the correct forum to ask for it, but the mapforum seemed to be reserved for announcements.

Realy, maybe Im wrong, but shouldnt it be a thing of 5minutes for a skillfull modder to place three starting locations in an existing earth-map?

Im not even talking about balancing, basicaly I want them as my opponents, thats why I bought the DLC, for a bigger variety of opponents.

you can try Legendary Earth Map focused on gameplay balance or YnAEMP with more randomness.

And maybe there are other earth maps with all DLC available that I'm not aware of.
