Economic AI Mod?

I remember a while back there were two main AI mods, one that revamped the whole system(with a lot of files) and one that simply helped the AI's economy, consisting of just a Python and XML. I'm looking for the second one. I used it on my desktop and it worked great. I'm installing FFH on my laptop now but I can't find it...
