Hey guys,
After doing a lot with hex editors a few years ago (ok 20 plus), and using Dark Panda and Dack's programs, and other such editors - I'd like to have a play with Civ aggression levels.
I've used Alt-R to change them in the past, but this is not very efficient. After witnessing war-crazed Mahatma Gandhi, I've come to learn that it must be a zero to 255 value, but can anybody either tell me what the initial values are for all civilisations, or the locations of these figures in the .exe?
