editing PCX

what programs other then PSP can edit PCX files???

There are actually quite a number of them. Photoshop is one. So is MS Paintbrush that comes with Windows.

Photoshop dosen't work on my computer and opening pcx's whit MS Paint dosen't work for some strange reson

I am able to load, manipulate, and convert PCX images in Microsoft Photo Editor.
