Editor for saved game?

Hello all!

I added an B-52 Stratofortress to my mod. It works great and I really like it. But... there is one really annoying thing, you can produce'em for free. I forgot to set shield cost for it.

So, how I can fix this stupid thing without starting whole game from scratch?
