Loving Ed Teach, but can we please get an achievement for this mighty man of the sea, please??

I understand it’s low priority, but I really wish for more achievements in general. One for each leader is a low hanging fruit, and I hardly understand how it is still missing for the newer ones. But beyond that, some actually challenging and interesting ones would be nice. I know we have tons of generic stuff as challenges in-game though, so maybe they don‘t want to duplicate these on Steam.

Edward Teach should have one for having a land unit disembarking and attacking from the sea to capture a city. It would be called "Ed Beach".

We have a lot of achievements for 2K accounts, it's just Steam which is limited. That's enough for me - I'm happy that my Steam achievements are at 100% and when my internal completionist wakes up, I could always look for 2K account ones.

yeah I think they wanted players who didn’t buy the DLCs to be able to still get all steam achievement… we get enough challenges inside the game, it’s ok

The achievements in 6 were so varied, funny, and sometimes extremely difficult. There was a lot of thought and care put into them. I miss that.

I'm not an achievement hunter by any means, but the plethora of steam achievements had me playing Civ 6 way longer than I might have. 7 has a piddling amount in comparison.
