Right now this is just a preview still working on some animation issues as you can see the axe just isnt right.

Once I get the axe where I want it Ill post the file

Looks great

As for the Axe, just mess around with the orientation matrix - from the looks of it you'll just need to shift around some "1" and negate one of them. Just play around with the values in the matrix and you should get it.

If it doesn't work out just send me the nif and I'll take a look at it.

It seems to me that you just need to set two of the "1"s to "-1"s.
Cool unit btw.
