I think fast worker is definitely overrated.

I don't agree Bast. 1 extra movement..It does save you 1 turn when you want to chop for a wonder or build a mine on a hill
But with the spiritual Gandhi and Asoka you'll be saving A LOT of 1 turns meaning a smooth running empire

in warlords it isn`t as strong as it used to be in vanilla (where it probably was TOO strong), but I use cavalry in almost all of my games and the 50% versus mounted comes in handy sometimes.
it isn`t as game-changing as it used to be (for me) but I´d say there are UUs out there that are a lot worse.
