embassy creation bug

Your own capital gives your the civilopedia screen. The other civ's capital gets you the embassy thing.

Or you can just right-click your capital and select "conduct espionage".

But when I double click on my capital's star, the Civilopaedia entry for Embassy comes up.

Double *left* clicking the capital's star should work. Are you sure you don't have the control key down at the same time? Or are you double *right* clicking with a multi-button mouse? Either of those will bring up the 'pedia entry for Embassies on my system.
