Embassy establishments

We have 5 civs that do not have embassies at this time. The following civs that do not have embassies along with there corrisponding prices are as follows:

Babylon: 45g
Aztecs: 78g
Russia: 91
China: 109
America: 64

I personaly beleve that we should establish embassies in Aztecs and the Chinese.

Hopefully the Domestic Department will part with the total costs of the embassies .

I want embassies established with them so we can view their capital, what resources they have, etc, before they do it to us. Do it quick! But if I had an order, it would be:

Russia
Aztec
Babylon

Can we get a breakdown of our current financial situation? I do not feel we need these embassies right away. Perhaps we can build embassies in the West once we establish our satellite city there.

Currently from the latest save, our financial situation ATM are as follow:

Current Funds: 927g with a +2gpt @ 70%Sci/0%Lux/30%Tax.

I beleve that we should primarly focus more on the west in establishing embassies. IF we want to do this after we establish our satellite city over there, we must act quckly to send the settlers there before our rivals do.

Unfortunately the site for our city on the new continent has been taken by China. There is only the former German site left now

Though a bit of topic (Settlers are covered by the Domestic Department), We should push forward and settle on that former German site before any more civs take hold of it.
