I just love that game, alot better than the second one... The only thing is that it's hard too win battles

It's hard to win battles I agree, either in the first or second ones.

Empire Earth.. used to play it.. now I probably only use it to do DYOS comics...

Empire Earth is much better than Empire Earth II though, I can tell you that.
However, they did sort of stuff up on Art of Conquest... I mean the Asian Campaign, American Campaign... I got to the end.. no ending cutscene just "You are Victorious" and nothing extra. Heck, the Advanced Mining Unit is just a bigger version of the Mining Unit. They have the same stats! And you can't build teleporters in the Asian Campaign, just a useless Time Machine!

Anyway, Empire Earth I is better, even if the campaigns in the expansion were sort of rushed

I love the game, but yes battles are difficult. I'm actually stuck on the English campaign, the one where the hundred year war begins (with the naval battle and then taking the city and the siege and whatnot). I feel so ashamed. I can wield the forces of NAZI Germany, I can blow you from the Nano Age to the Stone, but I can't even pwn medieval France.

Maybe the thing you can do is paus and send the units to the other...

I love that game. I actually made a sub-par scenario of WW3 Europe in the map editor/maker.

I'm stuck in Ancient Greek Scenario 2.

I'm stuck in English Campaign, same stuff.

Stuck on German campaign, forts

Stuck on Russian campaign, 2nd one. (Hardest)

Like Age of Empires, but with lots more eras.

I was never a fan of the game, and later got into Rise of Nations instead. I wasn't particularly attracted to the latter either, but I felt it was far superior.

I feel that you're insane that RoN is better than Empire Earth, but it has much prettier graphics. Empire Earth had MUCH more units, but few wonders and no territory in the original.

It is pretty hard to win as it's a little too micro management like for my tastes (Artillery - Anti-Personel/Armor/Building/Ship/Air/Artillery) but what I always loved to do was to set myself up so that I'm the only one advancing through the ages while I'm surrounded by savages that can't produce artillery etc. Then I'll proceed to conquer each faction starting from a certain advanced age such as the Roman era.

The second one tottally sucked but the I played the first one a ton.

I agree, the second one poured everything into graphics and sacrifised game play. That and the game became a bit laggy when bad weather approached.
