[GS] Empire Limits on District Buildings (RESOLVED)

I'm creating a building that can be constructed in the Campus. I've already done this and checked it out in-game and it works as intended. However, I want the building to be limited to only 4 total. As in, each player can only have 4 copies of this building... How do I do that? I've been looking in LeeS Modding PDF and I can't find anything like what I'm trying to do.

Set the MaxPlayerInstances column in the Buildings table to 4 for your created building.
