Encyclopedia not adjusted for snail in v27?

Did the Encyclopedia not get adjusted for game length in v27? I'm playing snail, medieval start, huge landmass. It was only 2000 hammers this game around and I seem to remember it being scaled to require a lot more in other games.
I'm finding Encyclopedia to be making an otherwise enjoyable game now a bit too easy as I managed to build it first. Is there a way to remove it from the game? I am unable to find it or any of the other project type wonders through worldbuilder.

Oops! Its base cost is 300 it should be 3000! Sorry about that. I will fix it.

You could set its cost to -1 which would make it un-buildable.

However with it at 3000 now your new cost should be 12 times the cost you had.

The simplest way to disable Encyclopedia is to change its cost to -1.

I have already built it. Im looking at a save file I made with worldbuilder, since its not a building it doesn't show up under BuildingType. Any idea how to find it?
ps. This mod is the best.
